Daycare Policy

1. Refunds for Early Pick-Up:

Refunds will not be provided for early pick-up under any circumstances.

2. Late Pick-Up Charges

• For “Full day Services”, a late pick-up exceeding 30 minutes will incur an additional charge of $8 per hour.

• For “Half-Day Service”, a late pick-up exceeding 1 hour will be charged at the full daily daycare rate unless prior arrangements were made with staff before drop-off.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee

4. Drop off time

Daycare drop off time is strictly between 8:30am - 12pm
